Peoples First Insurance is seeking a Commercial Processor to join our team.  This is a full-time employee position.

The Commercial Processor is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts at the direction of the Department Manager and/or Account Manager.  This position requires direct interaction with customers, Producers, insurance companies, finance companies and various departments within Peoples First Insurance.  This is a busy agency, and this role requires daily multi-tasking.

You must have an enthusiastic personality and pay close attention to detail, and exhibit exceptional organizational skills. You must uphold the highest standards of service and aim to please customers and resolve any issues.  You must be positive, helpful, and know how to listen and clearly communicate with your customers and co-workers (both written and verbal).  You must have strong computer skills and be proficient with various software programs.


•  High School Diploma

•  2-3 years’ insurance account management experience

•  Active 4-40 License; 2-20 License is a plus.
